Convener: Edouard Berrocal
The presentations are 30-40 min long and starts as usual at 12:15 at the Division of Combustion Physics room 421. Some food and drink will be served. The intention of these seminars is to provide talks that are educational yet with high-quality science in the field of laser and X-ray diagnostics. The main idea is to exchange knowledge among researchers from the Lund Laser Centre working in different fields where various diagnostic techniques are applied for different applications.
Upcoming topical group seminars
Monday 29 April, 2019:
Joakim Jönsson from the Division of Combustion Physics, Lund University, will give a talk related to the launching of a GPU-Monte Carlo software for the simulation of light propagation through turbid media. Possible applications includes photon transport in biomedical tissues, scattering of light through spray systems, propagation of laser beams though clouds, imaging through turbid liquids, etc.
